Common questions
Does looking up an address use a credit?
No. Searching and previewing is free. A credit is put on hold when you tap Measure Roof, and only used when you generate the report.
I measured the wrong house. Did I lose a credit?
Not if you tap Cancel before generating, or wait 2 hours: the credit comes back. Once a report is generated, the credit is used.
The area looks too small.
Usually trees are hiding part of the roof. Measure again, stretch the outline over the hidden parts, and check the warnings on the report.
Can I download a report again?
Yes, as many times as you want, from My Reports. It is free.
My invitation link expired. How do I get in?
On the page that opens, tap “Send me a new access link”, or go to Log in → “Forgot password?” and choose your password.
